What does it mean to be awesome in HR? I think it is different for every HR professional. As a HR practitioner you should want to be the best that you can be. It is about being your best self for your organization. But we are only human, so we try to be as awesome as possible, knowing that we can always improve. It is this imperfection that leads to awesomeness.
